We are often told that we have unreasonably high expectations. But we do not believe that consistently great performance is unreasonable and every member on our team is an “A” player who upholds this belief. Where “B’s” and “C’s” might fly under the radar at another company, they will never last long at RJB (and we have a track record to prove this too). Courtesy and Respect:
Our team members are polite and will respect the routines of everyone in the home (pets included). We understand that remodeling can be an unnerving process, and that a cheerful word from one of us can go a long way.
Every team member is articulate and equipped to communicate either face to face, on the phone, by email or text message.
In addition to thoroughly protecting the job site, surrounding areas, and access routes, our team will vacuum the work area daily.
We stand by our word. When a lead carpenter tells you that he will start work at 7:30am each morning, this means he will be at the job site by 7:15am, waiting to get started. If we tell you a job will be done in 20 work days, that’s how long it will take. We take it personally when deadlines are missed.
Integrity in Design:
Each and every project deserves our full attention, skill and respect, no matter how large or small. Concepts must be thoughtfully crafted, details meticulously drawn and disciplines carefully coordinated. If it is not our best product, it won’t go out the door.
We are artisans who “build for life.” We will not cut corners in the interest of expediency, cost savings or for any other reason.
